C-Level AI Education

I teach AI to people who have to decide about it. As Professor of Artificial Intelligence I lecture in the EMBA and in executive programmes, and I run customised training for leadership teams, boards and specialist units. The material is not a tour of the technology. It is a set of questions: what a model actually does, what an organisation needs before a project has a chance, where the money goes once a system runs, and what evidence would tell you to stop. A day is built around exercises on the participants' own cases: a vendor claim to take apart, a readiness score with the evidence rule applied, a real process walked end to end until a decision falls out of it.

The same day can be cut for your organisation: a half-day for a board, a full day for a management team, or a series for the people who will own AI projects afterwards. Every format ends with instruments you keep using: the five framing lines, the readiness scorecard, the ten questions to ask before you sign, the kill criterion written before the project starts. Where it fits, the last hour opens a window onto current research, clearly marked as such, so that participants leave knowing not only what today's methods can do but where their assumptions come from.
