AI maturity assessment model

My AI maturity assessment model provides a framework for evaluating an organization's AI capabilities across four distinct maturity stages: awareness, prototyping, scaling, and transform. Progress through these stages is quantified by a scoring system, ranging from 0 to 100, with specific score brackets defining each level of maturity. The model emphasizes that AI maturity is not a single track, but is assessed across five critical dimensions that are relevant in every stage.

These five dimensions are: operationalization, strategy & leadership, culture & organization, technology, and ethics & governance. For each dimension, specific sub-elements like "PoC done" for operationalization or "talent management" for culture are considered. An organization's AI maturity is determined by evaluating its performance in each of these five dimensions, likely resulting in a score for each, which can then be visualized (e.g., on a radar chart) and aggregated to determine the overall maturity stage. This multi-dimensional approach provides a holistic view of AI readiness and development areas.
